I am now almost 78 years old. I have never been a gym bunny. At the start of lockdown, I was at least 2 stones over weight. These sessions are effective.. I am now 1 stone lighter! My three daughters for Mother’s Day gave me a suspension trainer and PT from Phillippa. The Zoom sessions are fantastic. Phillippa explains the purpose of each exercise… I love the anatomy lessons. My individual needs are carefully monitored, even in a group setting. If I'm not sure of exact positioning/comfort, I ask and I know as a result I'm exercising correctly. There is no feeling of comparison with other participants and the company is good. I really enjoy these classes. Let’s face it—if it works for me, it will work for anyone. - Carol

Love these classes! I run, bike surf etc but am rubbish at doing the weight stuff. Used to do Pilates but my work schedule doesn’t allow it anymore. Thank you so much!  - Caroline
