With 17 years experience of teaching small group training in a gym, I'm now bringing classes to your home. Despite the new restrictions on our movements, I have found a way so I can ensure that I am true to my own standards, while respecting what we need to do individually and as a community. There may be an easing of restrictions with some gyms opening soon, but this is a fail-safe way to get stronger in a group environment. You are in control of the risk you take - and in this case, there are none - you are safe at home. Using Zoom, I offer live online classes so that I can provide individual feedback and advice. Good form is everything. These resistance-based workouts are fun, effective and can be adapted. All levels of fitness welcome.
Why only Live classes?
I have trained as a PT because I am committed to helping people make real change to their health and fitness. For that to be attainable, I use my knowledge and experience to make sure that
is appropriate to each individual I see. This 'live' approach allows me to give you feedback in real time. I assess your form and help you make adjustments during class. This helps avoid risk of
injury as well as maximising the impact of what you're doing.
Being part of the live class is amazing. Phillippa corrects my - and everyone else's - form. She makes sure we don't give up, pushes us
on and somehow manages to make sure we don't over do it either. Don't know how she does that - but I love it. Thanks Phillippa. Save my spot. - Jo

asking.
How can I sign up?
1. Email me so I can send you a health readiness form.
2. Once you have returned this, I will reserve you a place.
3. We'll arrange a short postural assessment online so I can get a sense of what's going to work best for you before class starts. This also lets you get familiar with
Zoom and me!
4. When I receive your payment, I send you a zoom invite before class starts, including what you need to bring. Don't worry if you don't have kit, we are real here and
find household objects as needed.
5. 5 minutes before class is due to start, log into Zoom
(sometimes the server gets busy)
6. Get ready to work hard and have fun!
