No worries. There's nothing to fear and everything to gain. I have experience with working with a variety of clients, from complete beginners to professional athletes, from those
with underlying chronic conditions to people dealing with acute episodes to those who are 'healthy' who want to maximise their fitness. I am confident and enjoy working
with all people, whatever their starting point. This is why I do this! I want to help people be active, healthy and meet their optimal potential. So please don't be shy. The

Are you an existing client?
You need to fill in a new parQ form before we start so that I am covered for legal and insurance purposes. I already know your background, your aims and where we need to
focus. This will allow us to take a little time for you to tell me any new priorities so I can tweak it, then essentially, we start where we left off!
How we're going to do this:
1) First, contact me. I will email you a health readiness form (aka a ParQ). You return this to me indicating any relevant medical history and conditions.
2) Next, we meet on Zoom. I will start by giving you a postural assessment.
During this, we get to know each other (and the technology!). Next, you tell me about your goals and I will match where you are currently with where you'd like to be. During the time remaining, we will go through some basic exercises to identify any imbalances and to start waking up your muscles.
3) In our first full session, I will talk you through your session, how it meets your needs and how I get you where you want to be. To give you the best chance of progressing with least risk of injury, you will start gently. I will instruct you through the exercises and adapt and correct your technique as necessary. At the end of the session, you will be given some optional homework: you make your choice whether you want to focus solely on our 1:1s or if you want optimise our sessions by increasing your rate of progress through building familiarity, stamina and strength in between.
4) I will adapt your sessions over time to match your new-found strength. I will keep challenging you. I will not let you falter. I will help you reach your
goals.
