Mission Statement: To Save the World One Butt at a Time

 

I'm not kidding. This is at the heart of what I do. I have the knowledge base and 17 years experience in the fitness industry. I want to make this a reality. I'm seriously passionate about this. 

 

Unlock your posterior potential, people. I come from a functional fitness background. The well-functioning gluteal muscles are key to physical well being and their healthiness can also have a huge impact on emotional well being too. How so? Fully functioning glutes help you with:

 

  • better posture and reduces shoulder, neck & back pain due to increased tech and sedentary lifestyle
  • refininig stabilisation and balance, making slips and falls less likely and with smaller impact

  • increased pelvic floor function for men and women for both sex and continence. Mmhmm it's true. 65% of you body's muscles are below the waist. Increased circulation brings great things
  • working that 65% also increases your metabolic rate (the effectiveness of how you burn calories) and will assist with fat loss

 

Here at Fitness for Anyone, we want you to play more and have more fun. Working out can give you a huge hit of endorphins, the happy hormones. Getting stronger feels amazing, it can energise and empower. Use the largest muscles in the body and that’s a whole lot of happy. Imagine that whole lot of happy in your life. Now multiply it - other people feeling the same. Ahhhh yes, that’s what SBB is all about...
